SFCapital was formed by its two founding directors who have subsequently been joined by a team of associates. The company now has a team with a wide range of talents that cover the disciplines we need to make a difference to you, the client.
Mark Vickery - Director
Mark has spent most of his career within the receivables financing industry. He has worked for four major banking groups over the last twenty years in a variety of management roles. In 2004 Mark started the first specialist UK supply chain financing company. Mark has a particular interest in the biofuels and oil related industries.
Paul Scrivin-Wood - Director
Paul has spent his career in the Asset Based Lending industry. He has worked for leading banking groups over the last sixteen years in various senior operational and sales roles. More recently Paul, as a founding Director, successfully set up the UK’s first specialist Supply Chain Finance Company. Paul has a particular expertise in the recruitment sector.
Mark Telford - Associate Director
Prior to joining SFCapital in September 2009, Mark worked in the construction industry for over twelve years as Group Financial Controller for St George plc and then as a Regional Finance Director for Westbury Homes plc and most recently as Group Finance Director for a leading civil engineering company.
Mark obtained an honours degree in History at the University of Newcastle and then trained as a Chartered Accountant with Hughes Allen.
David Wake Walker - Associate
David is a former main board director of Kleinwort Benson and was Head of Banking in the UK and USA between 1990 and 1994. David has worked in the Far East as well as London. More recently he has worked extensively in private equity and serves as non-executive director on a number of private companies.
Tony Budd - Associate
Tony had a successful sales management career in the IT sector, working with Global 2000 companies in USA, UK and across Europe and helping them change the way they managed their core business systems. Tony spent two years developing and leading a leveraged buyout of a high street retail chain and has worked in corporate finance for the last four years.
Gareth Partridge - Associate
Gareth has recently joined the SFCapital team, he has over 15 years experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Whilst at CSFB Gareth advised Texas Pacific Group on their €200 million acquisition of Ducatti and acted as corporate finance advisor to Miele on a number of acquisitions. He has raised funds for a number of property transactions and has excellent connections with UK and international banking institutions.
Lee Titcomb - Manager
Lee has spent his career in the service industry working for a number of large corporates. He is the manager of the Guildford head office of SFCapital and is often an existing client’s main point of contact.
